What specific services can MasterpieceHR provide?

With extensive experience as an HR executive, my primary areas of strength are HR consulting and services. I am passionate about learning about your organization’s vision, mission and purpose and working with you and your team to design people strategies to ensure you can achieve those goals. I have worked with executive teams as well as Boards of Directors to set strategy and plan for the future.

Specific areas of specialty include: strategic planning, design of HR strategies, culture mapping, executive coaching, succession planning, organizational readiness, mergers and acquisitions and leadership development.

What types of businesses do you work with?

I love working with organizations who have a clear mission and a desire to serve people, so I have a particular interest in supporting non-profit organizations. That said, I have experience with large, for-profit businesses, as well. I lam passionate about serving small and mid-sized businesses of all kinds to help support their efforts to grow and to provide a great work experience for their teams.

Do you only work on a project basis?

I often serve organizations who need specific projects and assignments completed - think a strategic plan, an employee handbook, or maybe an HRIS implementation. It could also be a project to develop a talent management or succession plan with your executive team and/or board.

I am also available on a Fractional basis - if you are between CHRO’s or HR Directors, if you need short-term support during a merger or affiliation, or you just need some specific HR expertise for your team for a more consistent period of time, stepping in as a fractional HR support may be the way to go. Some organizations are interested in a more experienced HR Mentor for their HR Director. I can support your efforts to grow the expertise on your current HR team!

Do you only serve companies in Iowa?

No. I am available and able to assist across the United Statues as long as you are comfortable with a remote or hybrid arrangement.
