About Me
A very wise person challenged me some years ago to consider how the work culture is evidenced in the norms and the rituals of the organization. The point - these rhythms and practices create the roadmap of “how we do things around here” and are critical to creating workplace culture. My approach was forever shaped by that one conversation. Thanks, David!
After 25+ years actually doing the work of an HR executive and leader, I fervently believe in a whole-person approach to leadership. We simply must understand that people are not just employees, they are unique individuals living life - with purpose - both inside and outside of the workplace. How we, as leaders, show up for them is a privilege and a huge responsibility. It’s one of the greatest challenges leaders must embrace.
Authentically and consistently leading from your values and intentionally dripping culture through your workplace rhythms are critical to achieving your business outcomes with and through your team.
As we work together, we will discuss
how YOU show up and how that impacts the work experience,
how to create healthy relationships that lead to effective teams,
your business growth goals and what bridges need to be built to effectively build organizational capabilities or help you prepare for transitions,
and, yes, we’ll define successful people strategies that you and your leaders can effectively implement, too.
For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10
