About Me
A very wise person challenged me some years ago to consider how the work culture is evidenced in the norms and the rituals of the organization. The point - these rhythms and practices create the roadmap of "how we do things around here" and are critical to creating workplace culture. My approach was forever shaped by that one conversation. Thanks, David!
After 25+ years actually doing the work of an HR executive and leader, I fervently believe in a whole-person approach to leadership. People are not just employees — they are unique individuals living life with purpose, both inside and outside of the workplace. How we show up for them as leaders is both a privilege and a profound responsibility.
My work in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching has deepened how I think about these dynamics. It has shaped the way I help leaders and organizations see themselves — not just as a collection of individuals, but as an interconnected system. When you understand those connections, everything from team effectiveness to business growth becomes clearer.
When we work together, we'll explore how you show up as a leader and how that ripples through your team, how to build relationships that create healthy and effective teams, and how to align your people strategies with your business growth goals — whether that means building organizational capability or navigating a transition.
For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:10
